About Ningbo Changqi Fluorine Plastic Products Co. Ltd Established in 1993, we at Ningbo Changqi Fluorine Plastic Products are a high-tech company in Ningbo. We boast the world's largest production scale of PTFE thread sealing tapes. Ninety percent of our products are exported to 80 countries and regions worldwide including Europe, the US and Japan. We are the main drafter of the national standards of PTFE thread seal tapes.
Our Production Capability
Besides PTFE thread sealing tape, we also offer PTFE two-way porous membrane, high-strength sealing thread, PTFE thread sealing tape used for wrapping electrical wires and cables, and PTFE elastic boards. Our recently developed product lines include automotive bumpers, plastic trays for logistics, high-airproof plastic barrels and bottles, automotive seat assemblies, wiring harness assemblies and other automotive parts.
Our staff of over 400 handles your orders at our 50,000-square-meter factory complex, equipped with 40 80T to 2,800T injection mold machines and 20 other sets of machinery. We have four PTFE thread sealing tape production lines, two PTFE porous membrane production lines, one automotive seat production line, and one wiring harness production line. Our monthly capacity exceeds 18,000,000 pieces.

We are equipped with advanced and complete testing instruments for PTFE thread sealing tapes, plastic injection products, PTFE porous membrane, and frame- or barrel-style air filters. We often provide testing services for some big famous companies in Japan, the US and mainland China. We have obtained UL, CSA, Japanese JIS and CCC certifications for all of our goods. Our production processes conform to Germany's DVGW standard. We carry out our QC in accordance with ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines, and we also meet ISO 14001:2000- and ISO/TS 16949:2000-certified requirements.
